Meet the BLVD Estate Sale Team (BEST)

Lee Anne Patterson, a lifelong native Nashvillian, is the founder and sole owner of BLVD Estate Sales. She is familiar with all of Nashville’s neighborhoods & the people who live in them, which has awarded her an excellent reputation in the community. She is very knowledgeable concerning the valuation of antiques & collectibles, as well as "junktiques" & knick-knacks. She prides herself on being dependable, energetic, honest & personable. Moreover, she has conducted over 60 sales per year for the last several years.

Urzula is passionate about estate sales having previously owned her own out of state estate sale franchise. She finds true joy in helping families every day: turning emotional moments into positive steps ahead. With an awesome team that makes it all feel fun and fulfilling (never like “work”), she is grateful to make a meaningful difference.

Amy has been a proud member of the BLVD team for almost two years. Her background in retail management has given her a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and leadership. She currently manages the team’s social media, where she enjoys highlighting the unique character of each sale. Amy appreciates that every day brings something new and finds meaningful fulfillment in helping families during transitional seasons of life.

Judy has been with the BLVD team since May of 2018.

Courtney is honored to be a member of the BLVD team. Besides enjoying connecting with and helping customers, she is a sentimental soul who loves seeing treasures get their next life with excited purchasers!

Tiffany joined the BLVD team in July of 2025 and has greatly enjoyed helping respectfully curating family memorabilia in a way that honors their stories and helps transition these loved items from one family to another.  She lives in Bellevue with her husband and rescue dog and spends her time creating in her art room and exploring nature.

Behind the scenes of BLVD since October 2021, J.R. employs a hands-on-approach to staging and organization; transforming homes into inviting, professional showrooms. She spends equivocal time food mapping, dining with family and friends (often in obscure places), and reading food related articles/books/cookbooks.
